Solutions to malfunctions in splicing processors

1. Working normally, the power indicator light of the splicing processor is not on:

 

 

Check if the socket of the power indicator light connected to the base plate is loose, inserted upside down, or if the power indicator light is working properly.

 

 

2. Not turning on (power indicator light not on):

 

 

Check if the power cord is damaged, if the power is connected, if the power is turned on, if the power switch is damaged, and if the power socket is loose.

 

 

3. The splicing unit board of the splicing processor is not controlled:

 

 

Check if the address setting is correct and if individual control is successful, and if there is good contact with the bottom plate. Use an eraser to wipe the golden finger part.

 

 

4. Single or multiple splicing unit boards without input/output:

 

 

Check if the interface between the unit board and the signal source is in good contact, replace it with a new line for testing, and check if the input signal exceeds the input range of this product.

 

 

5. All splicing unit boards are uncontrolled:

 

 

Check if the port settings of the splicing software are correct, check if the serial cable is damaged, if the contact is good, and check if there are any problems with the serial port.
